R.F. Neudorfer and Associates was established in 1970 by Robert (Bob) Neudorfer as a professionally-qualified mechanical engineering and test and balance organization. The firm incorporated in 1980, and the name was changed to Neudorfer Engineers. 

In 1986, Bill Neudorfer took over as Principle-in-Charge of Neudorfer Engineers, succeeding his father, Robert. Under Bill, the company has continued to grow. In 1996, Bill expanded the company and established the NEI Portland Office. And, in 2007, Bill moved the Seattle headquarters from South Lake Union to our current location in south Seattle SODO district.

Over the years, Neudorfer Engineers LLC, an Integra Company (NEI), has grown from an original staff of 3 to a current operating workforce of 75, located throughout Seattle, WA, Olympia, WA, Portland, OR, Guam, and Singapore. While most of our clients are located in the Pacific Northwest, Neudorfer Engineers has provided services to many areas of the contiguous United States, Hawaii, and Alaska. And NEI has expanded our global footprint to include countries such as Canada, Peru, Israel, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, Djibouti, Turkmenistan, Tajikistan, Azerbaijan, South Korea, Italy, South Africa, Japan, China, Thailand, Philippines, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Guam and other South Pacific Islands.

Although Neudorfer Engineers spans the globe, providing services to many clients of many cultures, we have remained true our original ideals and core values. Neudorfer Engineers is a family. And we treat our construction communities as neighbors, and our clients as valued life-long customers. Our experienced project managers are responsible for coordination of labor, logistics, and project deliverables. Our engineers, technicians, and managers are all accountable for execution of all components of our work.
